+Where do I find my exports?

Once an export completes, the download starts automatically and a temporary link stays valid for 30 days on our servers. After that, the file is purged and you'll need to re-export. Save your renders to your own storage right after the download.

+How do I upgrade to Pro or Team?

Open Dashboard → Billing and use the Request upgrade form: pick your plan, add an optional note, and hit send. It reaches us instantly and we activate your account manually — usually within a few hours (24 business hours at the latest). No credit card and no Stripe checkout yet. Prefer email? You can still write to support@titlo.io.

+How do I delete my account?

Send "Account deletion" to support@titlo.io from the e-mail address on your account. Under GDPR, your data is erased within 30 days (except invoices kept for 10 years as a legal obligation). A self-serve flow is in the works.

+My MOV export won't open / the alpha channel is missing.

We render MOV ProRes 4444 with a 10-bit alpha channel, natively supported by DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, Final Cut, OBS, vMix and ATEM Mini. If your software refuses the file (usually QuickTime on Windows or consumer media players), install a ProRes codec or open it directly in your NLE. In OBS, add it as a Media Source pointing to the .mov.

+What's the maximum clip duration?

Free plan: 4 seconds. Pro and Team plans: 30 seconds. Beyond that, build several titlos and chain them in your switcher or editing software.

+Which fonts can I use?

20 system fonts are bundled (Inter, Roboto, Bebas Neue, Playfair Display, etc.) and render identically in the editor and on the server. You can also upload your own fonts (.ttf, .otf, .woff, .woff2) from the Fonts tab in the dashboard. Make sure you have the commercial rights for any font you upload.
