Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of Titlo.io(the "Service"), published by ANANAS SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée with share capital of €12,500, registered with the Évry RCS under number 892 208 026, whose registered office is located at Park Artisan — Local 13, Route de Fontenay, 91610 Ballancourt-sur-Essonne, France (the "Publisher"), accessible at titlo.io.
The Service lets you create, edit and export motion graphics (lower thirds, titles) as PNG stills or MOV ProRes 4444 video files, intended for professional video software (ATEM Mini, OBS, vMix, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
Creating an account on the Service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. User account
Access to the Service requires creating an account with a valid e-mail address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity performed from your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account for breach of these Terms, after e-mail notification.
3. Subscription plans
The Service is offered under three plans:
- Free — no charge, no commitment. Limited to 5 stored titlos, 1 custom font and 1 custom shape, 720p / 30 fps export, ≤ 4 s clip duration, 5 MOV exports per day, automatic Titlo.io watermark.
- Pro — €9/month (excl. VAT). 100 titlos, 10 fonts, 25 shapes, 4K export up to 60 fps and 30 s, unlimited MOV exports, no watermark.
- Team — €39/month (excl. VAT), 5 seats included, +€7/month per additional seat. Pro limits shared across all team members, centralized billing.
Prices are exclusive of VAT. French VAT at the prevailing rate applies to French and non-VAT-registered EU customers. For VAT-registered EU businesses providing a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies.
4. Subscription, payment and termination
Billing is currently arranged by e-mail: Pro and Team subscriptions are requested and activated manually through support@titlo.io (or the Request upgrade form in your dashboard). Self-serve card payments are not yet enabled.
Subscriptions will renew automatically at each billing cycle unless cancelled from your billing area at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rated refund is due.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, you acknowledge that the Service is a digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the supply of which begins after express agreement and express waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right. You lose this right as soon as the first export is performed.
6. Service availability
The Publisher uses reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7, without contractual uptime guarantee. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or force majeure. The Publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses caused by temporary unavailability.
7. User responsibilities
You agree, in particular, not to:
- upload fonts, images, or content for which you do not hold the rights;
- create compositions that are illegal, defamatory, racist, hateful, or that infringe third-party rights;
- attempt to circumvent technical limits of the Service (quotas, rate-limits, Free-tier watermark);
- resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent.
8. Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of the compositions you create and the files you export. You grant the Publisher, only for the duration necessary to operate the Service, a non-exclusive license to store, transform and serve these contents.
Trademarks, logos, code and design of the Service remain the exclusive property of the Publisher.
9. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after a prior amicable settlement attempt sent to support@titlo.io, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the Publisher's registered office, save for mandatory contrary legal provisions.
